Do you miss serving? Continue serving by becoming a peer mentor and navigating your brothers and sisters through the transition. A Navigator is a volunteer peer-to-peer mentor in the Lone Star Veterans Association. Duties of a Navigator include:

Learning about community resources for veterans and their families.

Specializing in one or more of nine concentrations (financial assistance, homelessness & homelessness prevention, suicide prevention, education benefits, VA Health Claims & Heath Care, Women veterans, mental health support, legal, and spouse & caregiver support).

Helping veterans navigate through their transition from the military.

Assisting veterans via phone call or face to face meetings as necessary.
You may be out of the military, but your desire to serve is still needed!
