COHOVA
The City of Houston, Office of Veterans Affairs is part of the Returning Veterans Initiative. Their main goal is to help coordinate veteran services and programs on behalf of the Office of the Mayor. COHOVA also hosts a Transition Assistance Program.
US VETS
U.S.VETS provides comprehensive services to the veterans we serve, including case management, employment assistance, job placement, counseling, as well as drug and alcohol free housing. At our facilities veterans progress through a seamless continuum of services designed to help them increase their level of responsibility and prepare them to live independently in the community.
Blue Star Mothers of America
The Blue Star Mothers of America, Inc. is an organization of mothers, fathers, family members, and friends who have loved ones currently serving, or that have served,
in the Armed Forces of the United States of America. We are a non-profit (501[c]3) service organization supporting each other and our children, while promoting patriotism.

TexVet provides a peer mentorship network across Texas that informs, educates, and communicates among veteran groups.
Texas Veterans Commission
Texas Veterans Commission provides excellent service so that each veteran receives every benefit that they deserve. As a veteran works with our counselors, the quality of life for that veteran and their family significantly increases. Our purpose has always been to act as the state appointed advocate of Texas veterans as they attempt to secure the benefits rightfully earned in exchange for their service in our nation’s armed forces.

Marine For Life
Marine For Life is a Marine Corps organization that provides nationwide assistance to Marines who are returning to civilian life, Marine reservists and all Marine veterans throughout their lives. Marine For Life also assists Sailors who have served with Marine Corps units.

Warrior Gateway is a non-profit whose mission is to connect individuals in the military, veterans, and their families with federal, state, and local government programs as well as non-profit organizations in their local communities.
